Shrek Donkey Costume

Return to the alternate universe of Far Far Away in this officially licensed Shrek Donkey costume. The Donkey Adult Costume includes a gray jumpsuit with attached hooves on hands and feet and a plush gray donkey eared headpiece. It is available in Adult sizes Standard and X-Large. We have all of the Shrek Forever After costume characters available for Halloween this year.

In Shrek Forever After, Donkey starts out as an annoying friend to Shrek. He compounds Shrek’s misery by bringing his children over to Shrek’s house to play quite often. Donkey even takes part in ruining the birthday party for Shrek’s children.

Once they are in the alternate reality, Donkey is afraid of Shrek because Shrek is an ogre. When Shrek escapes from Rumpelstiltskin he takes Donkey with him. Donkey runs away but eventually returns and learns to trust Shrek after seeing Shrek start crying when he finds his babies toys.

Donkey helps Shrek find a loophole in his contract that will allow Shrek to return to the real reality and set the world back to normal. Donkey becomes friends with Puss in Boots and the other ogres in the rebel camp and helps lead the assault on Rumpelstiltskin’s castle.

After Shrek is victorious, everyone is returned to the normal reality and Donkey helps celebrate Shrek’s children’s birthday.

And remember…It ain’t ogre till it’s ogre.
